The Morgan tavern philosophy is to offer their guests only traditional dishes made according to the traditional recipe.
Traditional recipes which our „grandmothers“ used with only seasonal foodstuff.
So in autumn guests can taste dishes based on mushrooms, truffles and game (wild boar, venison, pheasant, woodcock, rabbit) and in spring are inevitable asparagus, ricotta and shoulder blade meat in oil, everything with homemade pasta, of course.
The house specialty is grilled meat, especially the Fiorentina steak, which is aged at least for 20 days.
For years it's been amongst the best Istrian and Croatian restaurants
The restaurant can serve up to 50 guests, while in the summer period guests can enjoy the outdoor terrace in the shade of ancient oaks, with a stunning view which extends in all directions, through the vineyards and green woods, down to the sea.
