Morgan – Istrian dream
The Istrian dream arises from the love in its widest meaning. Love of a very connected family which from long ago seduces and surprises its clients which keeps coming back to this simple even though elegant tavern to enjoy in the tastes of traditional Istrian recipes.
It's incredible that it's already passed ten years since Darinka and Joško made the first „peka“, since they made the first „fuži“ with rooster and gnocchi with venison.
At the end, time decides and enables that after all this year’s it's still a desire to bring to the table these tastes, feeling and enthusiasm towards this poor kitchen, whose main ingredients are history, effort and pride.

Quality – trademark of the Morgan tavern!
Simple and good Istrian cuisine
Even nowadays we see that pride in the son Marko and daughter Ana. They certainly provided innovations, new ways, new recipes with respect for tradition and ingredients, trying to find specific wines and original ways to elevate even more this simple but good Istrian cuisine.
By knowing the area, the tradition, the tastes and the magic, started the desire to develop an activity by connecting traditional and modern, local and international.
The Morgan tavern has the goal of becoming a synonym for people who have the habit of coming back mesmerized by the magic of the place and given quality.
